Welcome back Light and Darklings🤍🖤,
for those of you that have been with me for the last few years, you know I’ve been speaking about a topic in my own words, that is extremely important. The raising of the vibration of the collective psyche, mind - The Collective, the Group Mind. That’s what is now being worked on - the era of personal healing is not completed, clearly, but the information almost has - it can only be repackaged in endless creative forms, but what you need to know, you know. Love one another as thyself (included in that is to do what it takes to love yourself - heal).
The Group Mind now has to elevate, as above, so below, as within so without. So many topics affecting the group and group identity must arise: migration, for one, which I’ve also been speaking on.
The concept of the Egregore came back into my field through a Youtube comment: in video below.
Egregores, Thought Forms & Sovereignty in the Psychic Age
There are unseen forces that shape our lives; some subtle, others colossal. Some we create with our own minds. Others, we inherit or absorb from the collective. In this age of hyperconnectivity, artificial intelligence, and spiritual awakening, it’s more vital than ever to ask:
Who or what is thinking through you? Feeding off you? Moving through you?
In this Substack, we explore two ancient-but-new concepts: thought forms and egregores. How do we reclaim energetic sovereignty in a world teeming with invisible influence?
🧠 What Is a Thought Form?
A thought form is an energetic creation. It begins as a thought, emotion, or visualization charged with enough intensity, repetition, or focus that it begins to take on form in the subtle etheric energies just around us, and are energetically palpable and can be felt or “read”.
It may be personal: a fear you keep feeding, worries and anxieties you keep having.
It may be magical: a vision or entity you create intentionally.
It may be unconscious: a loop of grief, desire, or protection that becomes semi-autonomous.
Tibetan mystics call them tulpas. These are constructed beings or presences. Theosophists described their shapes and auras in minute detail - especially in the book “Thoughtforms” by Annie Besant and CW Leadbeater. Modern mystics recognize them as the lingering “echoes” of mental-emotional energy, which can comfort us, or when we are unaware, control us. They are the programs we create and leave on auto-pilot to just run. They draw the energy to maintain from various sources around - from their creator of course, but also from memories, emotional attachments, relationships - just about anything. They can also influence what they draw from.
🕸️ What Is an Egregore?
If a thought form is personal, an egregore is collective. It's a psychic entity or “field-being” created by the shared thoughts, emotions, and beliefs of a group.
Religions, spiritual groupings, political movements, corporations, social media trends, all kinds of communities, even entire nations can generate egregores. They may begin with an ideal, but once they take shape, they feed on attention. They crave loyalty. They resist dissolution. They defend boundaries, gaslight and manipulate. They subtly employ and play with fear. They push agendas, subtly or overtly.
An egregore isn’t just an idea: it’s an idea that feeds.
Some are benevolent. Others grow manipulative or parasitic, influencing behaviors without awareness. The more energy we give them through ritual, belief, fear, obsession, the more real they become.
Dr. med. Dietrich Klinghardt, a german doctor specialized in chronic pain, who now works in the US after experiencing tremendous backlash for his work trying to reclaim aspects of natural healing in Germany, mentioned an extremely powerful german cultural egregore he stumbled across during his work with patients. Germans, generally and culturally speaking, in the past, have been notoriously “difficult” to reach on a deeper spiritual level. They appeared to be entrenched materialists, preferring strict, detailed, guaranteed regimens, with a deep scorn and skepticism for anything “spiritual” - although intellectually open to debating concepts. While they perfected outer forms and motions, the inner core appeared to remain untouched.
He writes in his book “Lehrbuch der Psycho-Kinesiologie” p. 106, Stuttgart, 2004 (translated with Google Translate):
Those who served in World War II have repressed their war memories but have not processed them. Feelings of shame, horror, panic, etc. have often been repressed or transferred to their children and grandchildren, in whom they express themselves in neurotic behaviors and symptoms.
The eye movement method described below, in combination with the colored glasses, is, in my experience, the ideal method for bringing these unresolved conflicts to consciousness and healing them.
Another aspect of "Germanness," seeking redemption, has to do with belief in authority and the psychological lack of freedom that has arisen in the German-speaking world. If a German has the choice between working as a civil servant for the state or as a freelancer, they will almost always choose the state. If an American is faced with the same choice, they will almost always choose freelance work. In psycho-kinesiological treatments, I have often found the underlying cause for this to be the enormous fear of survival that has inherited from the two world wars, but also feelings of inferiority that can be traced back to the relative lack of freedom of Germans over the past centuries, the long-lasting wars, and the oppression by sovereign rulers, barons, the military, the emperors, Hitler, and the state.
I also find a great deal of suffering triggered by feelings of shame in the subconscious, which can be traced directly back to the Holocaust. In the psychoanalytically based psychotherapy commonly practiced in Germany, these topics rarely come to the fore.
Through surrogate testing, we have learned about Through dialogue with the subconscious, I have gained certainty with numerous patients that Adolf Hitler was "possessed." Many survivors of the Nazi era and their children are often possessed by the same "spirit." They are not open to any form of therapy and can only be therapeutically reached if an exorcism or its equivalent takes place at the beginning of treatment.
Special features in the patient's history […] This also applies to some Jews who survived the Holocaust! In my practice in the USA, I have a high proportion of Jewish patients who have allowed me to work on this topic for long hours. The healing successes have often been spectacular. As part of these treatments, it was necessary for me to be treated repeatedly with PK in order to leave my own fears, feelings of shame, and prejudices behind. What an enormous healing opportunity would exist for Germany if we could all rehabilitate our subconscious in this regard! The German psychoanalyst and philosopher Bert Hellinger, whom I greatly respect, works very successfully in this field. the technique of »Family Constellation« he developed (see p. 90)
📜 Who First Spoke of These Forces?
The ideas go back millennia. You’ll find echoes in:
Plato’s World of Forms
Kabbalistic angelology and demonology
Tibetan Buddhist tulpa practices
Gnostic ideas of the archons
In the West, Éliphas Lévi, Madame Blavatsky, and Annie Besant shaped the modern vocabulary of egregores and thought forms. Besant and Leadbeater even published illustrations of thought forms based on color, vibration, and intent.
🧘♀️ Why It Matters Now
In a world where AI algorithms predict your next move, and spiritual bypassing runs rampant, we’re constantly entangled in invisible influences. Whether subtle or overwhelming, these forces often:
Hijack our intuition
Drain our energy
Replicate patterns of distortion
Whisper old stories and false guides into our thoughts
To be sovereign in this psychic age is to be aware of what you're entangled with and to know how to clear it.
🕯️ Ritual: Dissolving Thought Forms & Releasing Egregores
Sometimes the thing draining us isn’t “just stress.” It’s a lingering psychic imprint, a thought form created in crisis, or an egregoric field we never consented to.
Here’s a ritual you can use when you feel entangled, heavy, or not fully “yourself.” Full ritual at the link below, but the essence is:
Open sacred space
Call forth what needs to be seen
Name and cut energetic ties
Release and dissolve
Seal your field in clarity and sovereignty

🛡️ Building Helpful Thought Forms (Psychic Allies)
Not all thought forms are harmful. In fact, we can intentionally create beneficial ones:
Guardians for spiritual protection
Focus anchors for manifestation
Archetypes that support your inner work
All it takes is clear intention, ritual breath or visualization, and devotion over time. These constructs can act as luminous allies and are what Shamans have worked with for millenia.
You can create a thought form that holds your highest truth, reflects your soul essence, and repels distortion.
🔐 Final Thought: You Are Not a Host
Your energy is sacred. Your mind is a temple, not a feeding ground.
If you’ve felt overwhelmed lately, scattered in thought, drained after online time or spiritual work, this might be more than burnout. You might be carrying thought forms, or tethered to egregores that are not yours.
The good news? You don’t need to fear these forces. But you do need to see them, name them, and dissolve the unconscious contracts.
And then?
Begin creating what’s truly yours.
🌀 Want to Go Deeper?
I’ll be offering:
A template for crafting your own guardian thought form (you’re creating anyway, all the time, might as well become conscious and intentional about it. Of course, I’ll be mentioning pitfalls, traps and things to be aware of - and the discernment of necessity or not, once you’ve reached a certain awareness within you. )
It’s included with a self-paced mini-course on Patreon on Energetic Sovereignty in the Psychic Age - going live on June 25. Join my paid tier Patreon for access.
Energetic Sovereignty is one of the gifts I came in with in this life - and it took me a long time to see and accept it as a gift. I drift outside of cultures. No one is my King or Queen, no creed has hold over me, no group, no earthly thing. I kept seeking the one thing to attach to, thinking I had to have that… the one teaching, creed, group, community. The one ring to rule them all and in the Darkness bind them…
But now I realize, that what comes easily to me is very difficult for others, so I’m sharing a clear pathway to freeing yourself from the sticky traps you may find yourself ensnared in.
